After starting the power, adjust the reference standard value according to the actual condition of the nameplate on the battery, select the quick test, and the test area will display the test result.

• Accurate measurement

After starting the power, according to the actual condition of the nameplate on the battery, compare the battery standard as the test standard, adjust the matching value of the corresponding battery to select the accurate test, that is the result.

The internal resistance standard will vary depending on the battery made by different manufacturers using different materials. Therefore there is no standard. However, the same type of battery of the same manufacturer, the internal resistance value will not differ greatly from the factory. The larger the CCA value of the battery, the smaller the internal resistance will generally be.

 

STARTER SYSTEM STAR-UP LOAD TEST

Start-up load test instruction

★the lowest voltage higher than 9.6V(for 24V system, the reading is over 16V) means the start-up load sys tem is good.

★the lowest voltage lower than 9.6V (for 24V system, the reading is below 16V) means the system need to check. Please check the relative connections, wire and engine. Also the terminals of the battery should be checked if rusted.

 

MAXIMUM LOAD SYSTEM TEST

Charging system test

★If the voltage is higher than 15.00V (for 24V system, the reading is over 30.00V), please check the voltage regulator.

★Ifthe voltage is lower than 13.30V (for 24V system, the reading is under 26.60V), please check the connections, wires and theengine.
